|
There are three types of apartments available for bookings of two weeks or longer: |

Type A Accommodates a maximum of 6 persons and comprises; bedroom with double bed and en suite shower; large bedroom with twin beds and two "space savers" beds, lounge diner; kitchen; bathroom. | ||||||
|
Type B B/4 (up to 4 persons) has: lounge (with convertible sofa) diner kitchen; bath or shower room & wc; bedroom with double bed; small bedroom with either single or bunk beds. B/3 (up to 3 persons) has: lounge diner; kitchen; bath with shower attachment, bedroom with double bed and a single bed. |

Type C. Accommodates a maximum of 2 persons and comprises a bed-sitting room (with two space saver single beds or a concealed double bed), separate kitchen and shower room. Ideal for one person. |

|
Bed linen is provided and beds are made up at the beginning of the rental period. Towels may be hired on request at £2 per person.

High Season: 1st June - 30th September, 18th December - 5th January and one week each side of Easter. Low season rates apply for the rest of the year. Reduction of 5% for stays over three months. Minimum advance bookings - 2 weeks or longer. Shorter periods cannot be pre-booked but may be available with surcharge at short notice. Bookings crossing low and high season periods costed pro-rata. These flats are ideal for sabbatical use. We regret that no pets are allowed. |

A deposit of
£150 (no credit cards) is required to confirm your reservation fully.
Without the deposit we are unable to guarantee the accommodation. The
deposit is returnable in full after your stay under the following conditions: * return of keys by 10 am on day of departure * notification of any loss or damage to property, fixtures, fittings or chattels * reimbursement to cover in full said loss or damage * apartment left in clean and tidy condition * furniture left in the same place as on arrival. |

As is normal
practice, the apartments are not generally available for occupation until 4pm
on the day of arrival, to allow time for beds to be made up and the
apartment checked. If you will arrive early in the morning, particularly
after a long flight or with children, it is our experience that your
arrival will be much more comfortable if you have immediate access to your
apartment - in which case we strongly advise you to book your apartment from the day
prior to your arrival. If you wish to remain in your apartment after the
check-out time of 10am on the day of departure, an extra day should be
booked. The day of departure is the last day you have booked; eg., if your
booking is until 23rd March, you must depart by 10am on 23rd
March. |

Cancellations.
The deposit will be refunded provided we receive 28 days notice of cancellation. Refunds for lesser notice depend entirely on any recoupment. |
